He also went n retooled up boiler so heating came back on. Really knowledgeable, polite and courteous engineer, he informed me of what he needed to do prior to commencing the work. It wasn't a straight forward job so the engineer had to work through a couple of options. Result.. an unblocked soakaway, a happy engineer and happy customer.
