The privilege to be working outdoors in Yorkshire's fine air is a blessing every day.

Favourite work story:There was one occasion we were digging a hole to investigate a substantial leak. The hole we had to dog was a good 2 meters square, it was a baking hot day, and the temperature was high, but we had visitors! As we headed off to the van, we sat looking at this hole full with water, and a family of Finches decided to take a swim to cool off. It delayed us a little whilst they frolicked in the water, but eventually allowed us to carry on.

Best thing about Cleethorpes: The best thing about my company is the ability to travel everywhere doing what I love (digging holes). One day I will be in the centre of Leeds, next day I will be enjoying the beautiful North Yorkshire Coastline - doesn't get much better than that.

Experience: Iain has worked for Dyno for more than 7 years. He began working as a drainage engineer, where he also completed his NVQ to move on to the Dyno Plumbing Yorkshire Team.

Favourite work story:A labradoodle fell down an open manhole and needed rescuing. We were called and managed to retrieve the dog safely.

Experience: Harry has been in the plumbing indistry for 2 years after completing his apprenticeship, joining the Dyno Plumbing Yorkshire team fresh out of training.

Best thing about working for Dyno-Rod Cleethorpes: The best thing about working for Dyno is being able to service the customers and helping them through the problems they have in their homes. Customer service is the forefront of my experience.

Favourite work story:My favourite work story is one occasion when on call, there was a lovely elderly customer who had a sheared stop tap which was causing excessive and considerable water damage to the property. I had to swoop into the property like a knight in shining armour; I got soaked to the bone, but we stopped the leak! The customer was ecstatic with the work that had been completed and the fact that I took the time afterwards to help her clean up the flooded property. I went home with a beaming smile on my face, and the satisfaction of helping out that customer in her time of need.

Best thing about Cleethorpes: The best thing about my company is my work colleagues and the great atmosphere we all create together, whether it's the engineers on the road or the office staff.

Experience: Charlie has served his time with Dyno, starting as a first year apprentice through his full NVQ.

Best thing about working for Dyno-Rod Cleethorpes: The best thing about working for Dyno is meeting such a variety of customers and coming across weird and new plumbing systems and components; this allows me to increase my range of expertise and knowledge, growing above the skills learnt in the NVQ.

Favourite work story:Whilst working with Jordan, one of the previous engineers, we attended a site doing a big soil pipe repair. As we climbed the ladder to do the work, we were confronted at a window by the customer who was dancing around singing into his karaoke machine. At this stage, the customer invited us to join in!

Best thing about Cleethorpes: The best thing about my company for me is the ability to progress my learning, to better myself with additional knowledge and training, and to continue my personal development.
