I was sent to a property to fix a leaking pipe. When I got to the property the elderly customer showed me his garden hose and said it was leaking in the middle. I explained it wasn’t technically a ‘plumbing leak’ but then helped him to buy a new garden hose from the local hardware store. Problem solved! Happy customer!
