Dyno-Rod Bristol and Somerset has been established for 15 years, and was started by husband and wife team, Jo and Andy Findlay. The business started out with only two engineers and two second-hand vehicles.
The successful expansion year after year, meant the service soon stretched from Southampton to Lyme Regis, and on to Bristol and Avon in 2013.
All engineers are fully trained and qualified drains experts and have many years experience within the industry.
Dyno-Rod Bristol and Somerset is currently based in Bristol covering a large area, including Wiltshire, Somerset, Devon and Dorset.
We have a fleet of 22 vehicles and a workforce of 28 trained employees to service all our domestic and commercial customers. From the smallest flats, to large clients such as airports, hospitals and dockyards – no problem is too big or too small.
From basic blocked drains in Bristol and Bath to major projects, such as a contract to clean and re-line the drainage at Bristol Airport - we use our specialist equipment to complete the job first time and with bags of enthusiasm and a smile on our faces.
We try and go that extra mile, which is why we have also introduced a password scheme to assist our vulnerable customers. We also undertake a CRB check on all our engineers prior to employment so all our customers feel safe.
Most recently we have achieved the Silver Award in the prestigious annual scheme run by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA). This scheme considers entrants’ overarching occupational health and safety management systems, including practices such as leadership and workforce involvement.
We are supporting St Peter’s Hospice in Bristol and have enjoyed taking part in various fundraising events and regular collections in the office.
