Dyno-Rod Daisy The Cat Rescue

Daisy’s owner who was based in Lancashire, was having work done in her kitchen, Daisy had somehow managed to worm her way under the floorboards.

Following a recommendation, the customer chose her local Dyno expert to help save her beloved cat. Craven Services Ltd, sent out their lead plumber, John Kelly to help rescue Daisy.

John assessed the situation by using an advanced thermal imaging camera; spotted Daisy, and realised she could access different rooms, from underneath the floorboards.

John thought it was best to rescue Daisy from the sitting room. He was then able to drop food in the void for Daisy and he waited for the cat to come out from underneath the house.

Daisy finally appeared after two days trapped under the kitchen floor. The customer was thrilled with Craven Services and the high level of service and professionalism they provided.
