Training
Initial training will be a mix of days spent at Dyno’s Head Office, enabling you to understand our systems and some technical aspects, and days spent in the field under the guidance of an experienced manager. This will ensure that you have all the skills that you need to run a Dyno franchise on day one.
Training support is available for you and your team to tap into – for example in areas such as customer service.
Further business development opportunities – on-line and through meetings – provide excellent opportunities to increase skills and to share views and experience with other managers.
On-going support
An area manager will always be available to provide guidance and support. In addition, Dyno will supply you with customer facing stationery and will specify computer software for financial and service management purposes.
Dyno also works hard to get all franchisees the most favourable terms on items such as vans, uniforms, insurance and communications equipment.
Support will also be provided in areas such as marketing, Key Account sales development and out of hours call handling. Dyno is also developing a number of business initiatives to make the most of the British Gas customer base to benefit its franchisees.
