Our advanced Intruder Response 24 security system is connected to an Alarm Receiving Centre, which monitors signals received from your alarm 24 hours a day. In the event of a break-in, or if your alarm is triggered, a keyholder will be notified.

With the Monitor 300 Agreement you will receive*

24 hour monitoring by our Alarm Receiving Centre 365 days a year.
Two service visits each year to ensure your system remains in optimum working order.
Free parts and labour warranty** in the first year with no additional charges for call out and reset.

What happens when your alarm is triggered


A detector is triggered	A signal is sent to the Alarm Receiving Centre and the internal sounder is triggered to disorientate the intruder


The Alarm Receiving Centre immediately telephones your home for password identification and to check everything is in order	If the password ID is not given, or the telephone is unanswered the Alarm Receiving Centre contacts a keyholder
