Round the clock protectionOur advanced Intruder Response 24 security system is connected to an Alarm Receiving Centre, which monitors signals received from your alarm 24 hours a day. In the event of a break-in, or if your alarm is triggered, a keyholder and where necessary the police will be notified.*
* To reduce false alarms the police require two detectors to be triggered in sequence before they will attend. If only a single detector is triggered just a keyholder will be notified.

Please remember for an Intruder Response 24 system- You are required to provide details of two keyholders who the Alarm Receiving Centre can contact if your alarm is triggered
- We will be required to apply for a Unique Reference Number (URN) on your behalf from your local police, which is used to locate your property in an emergency.
