Plumbing survey

We’ll check every aspect of your new home’s plumbing from pipes and water tanks to toilets and taps. Then we’ll give you our recommendations, including the cost of any work you might choose to carry out.

CCTV drains inspection

You can save yourself from any nasty surprises in the future by asking us to carry out a CCTV drain inspection. On completing the survey we’ll provide you with a plan of the drains at your new home and a detailed report on their condition illustrated with photos
and video.

Security survey

A qualified expert will check every aspect of your new home’s security free of charge and identify any areas that need attention. You’ll only pay for any work you decide to carry out.

New locks

We’re the UK’s largest emergency mobile locksmith service and can advise you on and fit new locks to your front and back doors as soon as you move in.

Burglar alarms

We can advise on, fit and upgrade our Intruder range of alarm systems on your new home to give you added peace of mind.

Appliance installation

We can disconnect domestic appliances from your old home and reconnect or reposition them in your new home. Those appliances include washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, American fridge freezers, water softeners and water filters.
