Round the clock protection with monitoring and response

How your alarm works

Our advanced Response 400™ security system is connected to an Alarm Receiving Centre, which monitors signals received from your alarm 24 hours a day. In the event of a break-in, or if your alarm is activated, a keyholder and if necessary the police will be notified.

The Response 400™ Agreement covers

  • 24 hour monitoring by our alarm receiving centre
  • Two service visits each year
  • Free parts and labour warranty
  • 24 hour customer care line
  • 24 hour engineer call-out for immediate assistance

What happens when your alarm is set off?

The Response 400 alarm system really does give you peace of mind that immediate action will be taken to secure your home.

To compare our different intruder alarm packages and the agreement options available for each system please use the alarm comparison table.

Please remember that for a Response 400 system, you'll need to provide details of two keyholders who the Alarm Receiving Centre can contact if your alarm is activated. We will also need to apply for a Unique Reference Number (URN) on your behalf from your local police, which is used to locate your property in an emergency. Requires a 12 month maintenance and monitoring agreement.
