HomeCare® Plumbing & Drains Appointments

 

 

British Gas HomeCare® customers can now request a plumbing or drains appointment online

If you’re an existing British Gas HomeCare® customer you can now book a service appointment online by clicking the ‘Book Online’ icon positioned on the right-hand side of this page, or calling us on 0800 294 9650

 

 

Simply complete the online booking form and add in your British Gas HomeCare® policy number within the ‘Your Enquiry’ section of the form as this will help to speed up your request.

Appointments are available Monday to Friday 8am–6pm* and once your service request has been submitted and received a member of our Customer Service Team will be in contact to confirm the time and date of your appointment.

 

Notes:
*Emergency appointments are available on Saturday and Sunday, but these must be requested by dialling 0800 294 9650 where a member of our Customer Service Team will be able to advise you accordingly.
