Plumbing survey
We’ll check every aspect of plumbing from pipes and water tanks to toilets and taps. Then we’ll give you our recommendations, including the cost of any work you might choose to carry out.
CCTV drains inspection
You can save yourself from any nasty and costly surprises in the future by asking us to carry out a CCTV drains inspection. On completing the survey we’ll provide you with a plan of the premises’ drains and a detailed report on their condition illustrated with photos and video.
Security survey
A qualified engineer will check every aspect of your new premises’ security free of charge and identify any areas that need attention. You’ll only pay for any work you decide to carry out.
New locks
We’re the nation's largest emergency mobile locksmith service and can advise you on and fit new locks as soon as you move in.
Burglar alarms
We can advise on and fit our own alarm systems or upgrade and maintain existing systems to make your premises fully secure.
