All our engineers operate from fully liveried vans, are unformed and display company ID badges. You’ll be kept informed of what’s happening with each job and we’ll supply the information you need to allow effective measurement of our performance levels. An Account Manager and a dedicated administrative support team will be available to make sure all aspects of our service satisfy your requirements.

Your team

In conjunction with the Account Manager and the local service centre the team will:

* Despatch jobs immediately to ensure that response time targets are met
* Make an ETA call to the site
* Obtain pre-work authorisation, by phone, from site where required
* Conduct work cleanly, efficiently and fully observing site requirements/conditions
* Provide job completion confirmation, if required
* Prepare and submit a consolidated invoice on a weekly basis
* Prepare management information detailing SLA compliance performance and job analysis
* Supply risk assessments and method statements
* Audit compliance with health & safety and customer service practices
