Introducing no-dig drain repair

When you find that your drains are damaged, collapsing or even need replacing, it can seem like a disaster. The immediate symptoms - bad smells and worse troubling you, your colleagues and your customers plus the impact on your business - are bad enough. But then there‘s the fear that the cure could prove an even bigger headache - great diggers tearing up your premises, massive disruption and a bill that doesn‘t bear thinking about. Well, let us put your mind at rest - we can fix most problem drains quickly, cost-effectively and without having to dig up anything. We call it no-dig drain repair.

Why you can rely on us to get the job done easily:

  • Fast response - 24 hours a day, every day
  • All work carried out to highest professional standards and fully guaranteed
  • Fixed price - no hidden call out fees
  • Access to the latest drain repair technology

What we can repair with no-dig

No-dig technology has moved so fast in recent years that we can now repair anything from small breaks in an underground pipe to collapsed sewers without a digger ever being required. Most of the problems you’d expect with drains can be fixed by one or more of the technologies outlined above - from fractures and cracks to subsidence, invasions by tree roots and corrosion.

Using the latest drain repair technology

We have a number of ways to restore your drains to full working order without excavation. Let us take you through them.

Dyno-Line

This is our standard cured-in-place lining system (CIPP). It uses a polyester felt liner which is impregnated with a resin and then either winched or inverted through the damaged drain pipe and moulded rigidly in place with water or air pressure creating a new pipe within the old damaged one. The resin will then harden through ambient or hot curing depending on the resin system. Depending on the application we will use either a polyester resin, silicate resin or an epoxy resin. Dyno-Line is suitable for pipe diameters from 50mm up to 300mm.

Dyno-Form

This a procedure designed for deformed pitch fibre drain pipes. The special Dyno-Form re-rounding tool is passed through the pipe pushing it out and restoring its original shape. The re-rounded pipe is then re-lined with a polyester felt liner impregnated with a resin which is moulded into place with water or air pressure to form a completely new pipe within the old damaged one. Not only does it avoid any need to dig up your drains but it can reduce the time and cost compared to traditional repair methods.

Note that any person or persons not using the patented equipment may be in breach of patent GB 2 351 334.

In addition, any employer / insurance company may be in breach of patents GB 2 351 334 and GB 2 369 172 where the renovation / rehabilitation of pitch fibre pipes is carried out aside from the methods specified in this document.

Brawoliner

A seamless, elastic 100% polyester textile sock with a flexible inner lining that can be used to line a broken pipe and effectively create a new robust pipe within the old one. The major advantage of Brawoliner is that it will stick to bends and sweeps in a pipe without folding or wrinkling meaning your water will flow easily through even the most complex drains.

LocaLine

Rather than relining or replacing an entire section of drain, LocaLine targets specific faults in inaccessible areas with a one-off permanent repair. These are applied by coating a fibre glass mat with silicate resin, which is then pushed into place by an inflatable packer and cured. The result is a permanent water-tight repair bonded directly to the pipe wall.

Ultraviolet lining

A lining system designed for speed. The lining, impregnated with a vinylester or polyester resin, is winched through the pipe. It is then cured quickly using a UV light train, which is pulled through the newly lined pipe.

in2

This is a new, cutting-edge system that allows a drain to be replaced completely with a new, durable, factory-produced plastic pipe without the inconvenience of digging. The process involves the existing pipe being reformed using a special tool to create a void, then installing pipe in 500mm sections. This length allows the pipe to be installed via a standard manhole or small hole. Each section is attached to the last and is pushed along the void until the old pipe is completely replaced.
