Our priority is to deliver the best service we can, working to the highest standards - we know its what our customers expect. That is why all our drainage engineers, plumbers and security experts: 

• will arrive in the famous ‘Dyno Glo’ van wearing a fully branded uniform and they will always show you an ID badge when you meet them
• will be with you within 4 hours in an emergency*
• give a commitment to arrive within a mutually agreed 'time window' if requested and will notify you of any delay, 
• will respect your home or property clearing up after the job is finished.
